Well, what are we doing?

We want to celebrate everything we love with all of you as the two of us turn 30 with friends old and new. We’ve both been inspired by the Burning man experience in our lives and the principles within it.

We just want you all to come and have a load of fun in all of the silly costumes you own, and have a bloody great party with us!

But… please remember to keep this event super secret as it's a private party ;-)

So what can you expect?

A proper escape from the city on a (hopefully) hot July long weekend, in the grounds of a secluded and private manor house. Three days and nights of adventure - a wide range of music journeying from Funk and Disco hits to Techno and Drum and bass, creative workshops, Visual treats & trippy light show projections. All within an hour’s trip from London on the train.

Information including our line up will be drip-fed in time,
along with a few treats up our sleeves saved for pass holders…

Community

In the spirit of Burning Man we’d really love you all to think of what you can bring to the site - we’re only two people and we can put together a good lineup but we’d really like it to feel like a community-run festival.
Whether you want to bring glitter to put on other people’s faces, run a small workshop or talk on something you’re interested in, fancy yourself a spot on the line up doing an acoustic or DJ set, or if you’re just happy flipping some burgers at the BBQ for an hour or two - it’s all ideas we’d love to hear
If you need special equipment for an idea - please talk to us and we can see how we can make it happen
Nothing is too great or small. You can check out the Burning Man 10 principles here

The "Painted People," of San Francisco and New York, wear only paint for clothing.

Expression

Everyone has that one item of clothing in their wardrobe that’s sat there waiting for a special occasion - this is 100% your chance to wear it.
This is essentially a festival so we are encouraging dressing up, in every sort of costume, sequin, glitter you can possibly imagine. Nothing is too much (or too little - wink-wink!)
If you'd like some inspiration or help please drop Sophie a message and she can help kit you out or provide some links and discounts to some great small festival brands

Gifting

Rather than gifts, we’d just love your company. By buying a pass to come it helps to pay a small way towards the high costs associated with the event - house costs, food, entertainment, equipment, staffing, even down to the boring stuff like the portaloos and a myriad of other things that make getting a lot of humans in one place a thing!
We’re running this as a complete no profit, with everything going into the festival, and most coming from our own pockets to keep the costs down for everyone - we just want you to come and enjoy yourself.

importantly - participation is the greatest gift of all, it makes the event what it is and gets everyone more involved!
